Digitising embroidery is the name given to the two stage process of 'digitising' a logo or design and then machine embroidering that logo onto promotional apparel such as baseball caps or polo shirts. 'Digitising' refers to the technique of processing a logo or design into a format suitable for embroidery. KSP can take any logo or design and process it into a format ready for machine embroidery.

Yes. KSP Promotions can take any logo or design supplied by a customer and process it into a format suitable for machine embroidery. Our state-of-the-art machinery can stitch logos using up to 15 colours, sufficient for the most complex of logo designs. Our only restriction, however, is that we cannot digitise or embroider a logo that is copyright or trademark protected by a party other than the customer, or for which the customer does not have the permission of the copyright or trademark holder.

Ideally, logos or designs to be embroidered should be supplied in digital format such as JPEG or bitmap. KSP can take any graphic design and digitise it, but obviously the higher the quality of the original image then the better the quality of the embroidered product and the lower the origination costs.

The costs of each job are calculated on the complexity and size of the order. For instance, embroidering onto the front, sides and back of a baseball cap would carry a higher charge then merely embroidering the front.
